What customers can and cannot do with your files (usage rights, restrictions on reselling)

You can use the files for private and commercial use. For commercial use it is allowed to sell phisycal items with Smiling Wild designs on them as appliques, decors, prints, vinyl or other decals, engravings, glass ething, You can make wooden or metal items of them.

It is forbidden to sell designs of this shop as digital files neither as they are nor included in any wkind of collegues (except part of illustrations in books, callendars etc.). 

Account creation and usage rules

You can purchese the production in smlilingwild.com with no registration in the shop.

Intellectual property rights 

The owner of the designs is the creator - Kristine Šterna, the owner of www.smilingwild.com. The base material (photo) for creation of some designs ir comunicated with and allowed by the photo provider/owner. 

Limitations of liability / Dispute resolution

The owner of smilingwild.com is not responsible is the customer buy the files with no understanding how to use them. The customer must understand that digital files can show an issues in some reasons and needs someadditional knowledge to manage it. If your file does not work, we can fix it and resend to your e-mail. 

Before purchase - consider, are the files sold on smilingwild.com are compatible and will work on your device.

Refund and return policies

Digital files due to international law are non refundable, however we will try to help at any situation and be understandable. You are always welcome!
